I think this is very important thing for a Singel to know how to talk with other people. this is not problem for some singles.. but this is real big problem for most of the singles.. lack of confidence ..may b this is why they r still singles.. but friends .. check this video.. i think it ll help u to get idea how to start conversation.. you can practice later....
